Server Connection Issues

Hey guys, trying to connect to the server, but its quiet hard to find it.
In the unOfficial List, its not listed. I found that server via Internet and added the IP to my steam Server List.
The Problem is that this Server dissapears all over again and its saying, "Server not answering" when i try to add it again.
In my ARK I do find no Server in the "My Survivor" Section, i guess, because that game is deleting them all over again, while updating or something.
So I just wanted to ask if someone experience similar problems and if there is a Solution to that?
Maybe the Server does have connection or Firewall/Port (NAT) issues?

I've seen this problem from a few of my players. I usually just tell them to restart ark or wait a little longer when they cant find the server when refreshing and if it gives the error connecting message, its just usually that it kicks you out from all the mods for a minute if you rejoin it should be fine
